How do I get an OpenAI Secret key, and what will it cost?
Get your secret key at platform.openai.com. You’ll need to load some funds. I loaded $10 and used 6 cents in the first 6 months of testing FMVue. I later turned on the option to share my conversations with OpenAI, which reduced my costs to $0 for the last 6 months.
Any downsides to using FMVue?
Apps created with FMVue load libraries from CDNs, so they won’t work online. But I don’t see why you couldn’t replace the CDNs with the source code copied from those same URLs. Perhaps a future version of FMVue will handle this for you.
Some libraries expect to be installed with NPM and compiled using build tools, so they may not work with FMVue. This may become more common in the future.
